Objective
to compare 1-year clinical outcomes of early coronary angiography or delayed coronary angiography after out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA)
Study
investigator-initiated, multicentre, open-label randomised trial
Population
patients with successful resuscitation of OHCA without ST-segment elevation undergoing coronary angiography and revascularisation if indicated
Endpoints
all-cause mortality at 1-year

Conclusion
immediate angiography for patients with OHCA without ST-segment-elevation does not improve clinical outcomes at 1 year compared to delayed angiography
