Objective
to report the 10-year outcomes of PCI compared to CABG for the treatment of left main-CAD

multicentre randomised trial
Population
patients with LM-stenosis (>50%) in candidates suitable for either PCI or CABG
Endpoints
MACE or cerebrovascular events: any cause death, MI, stroke or ischaemia- driven target vessel revascularisation at 10 years


Conclusion
there was no significant difference in the 10 year incidence of major adverse cardiac or cerebrovascular events between treatment with PCI or CABG.
