Objective
to compare the clinical adverse outcomes of FFR-guided PCI with angiographyguided PCI for non-infarct related lesion in patients with multi-vessel disease and acute MI
Study
investigator-initiated, open-label, multicentre randomised trial
Population
patients with STEMI or NSTEMI undergoing successful PCI and having 1 or more non-infarct related lesion
Endpoints
composite of time to death, MI or repeat revascularisation at a median follow-up of 3.5 years

Conclusion
selective PCI using FFR-guided decision-making was superior to angiography-guided decision-making in patients with acute MI and multi-vessel disease
