patients with high-risk PFO: atrical septum aneurysm, hypermobility or PFO size â¥2 mm

composite of stroke, vascular death or major bleeding (TIMI) during 2 years follow-up


Conclusion
PFO-closure in patients with high-risk PFO was associated with a lower rate of adverse events compared to medication only
