target-vessel failure (a composite of death from cardiac causes, target-vessel myocardial infarction, or clinically indicated target-vessel revascularisation)
Conclusion
In patients undergoing complex high-risk PCI, routine IVUS-guided PCI with stent-optimisation criteria did not lower target-vessel failure when compared to angiography-guided PCI.
