Objective
to report the 5 year clinical outcomes PCI versus CABG for the treatment of left main stenosis
Study
prospective, open-label randomised non-inferiority trial
Population
stable angina and acute coronary syndrome (except STEMI) with >50% diameter stenosis or FFR â¤0.80 in left main artery
Endpoints
MACCE: comprising all-cause death, MI, repeat revascularisation or stroke at 5 years (median 4.9 years)


Conclusion
PCI was inferior to CABG for treatment of left main coronary stenosis at 5 year follow-up in terms of major cardiac and cerebrovascular events
