Objective
is transradial (TR) PCI superior to transfemoral (TF) PCI in complex coronary lesions using large-bore guiding catheters (7-french)
Study
multicentre randomised trial
Population
patients with complex coronary lesions including CTO, left main, heavy calcification, complex bifurcation
Endpoints
access site-related significant bleeding or vascular complications requiring intervention at 30 days
